THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 14th day of March 2023 between Asha Traders Private Limited (the Borrower) and Narmada Finance Limited (the Lender).
2. The Lender agrees to advance, and the Borrower agrees to accept, a sum of Rs. 25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only).
7. On default, interest shall accrue at eighteen per cent (18%) per annum on the overdue amount until payment.
